How do you measure the success of your programs?
Both our Guesthouse and our Case Managers use “score cards” to measure the independence of our clients. While they are working with Care Net, or living here, we are trying to establish four key barriers preventing independence:
We follow up on these numbers six months and twelve months after clients leave our program to verify that our services are making a difference.
